I am a Hong Kong born, Toronto raised flight attendant turned Registered Yoga & Meditation Teacher. (RYT 200)
My 10+ years as a flight attendant has allowed me to not only travel the world, but also make deep connections with people of diverse backgrounds. There's always something to learn from people, and I love to inspire and be inspired.
My vision is to inspire women like myself, who seek to grow and become better versions of ourselves, to live more fully & gracefully through mindful movement and meditation.
